If your item is faulty or has developed a fault over time, please upload an image using the form below. Please attach any photo’s/video that you think will help with the claim.

For a full refund, the item must be returned via your own courier, in a new condition and with all the original packaging, fixtures and documentation.

PLEASE NOTE: Any product that has had an upgrade added returned either for an exchange or full refund will encounter a £45 non-negotiable re-stocking fee.

If the packaging is incomplete or damaged a nominal non-negotiable restocking fee of £35.00 will be applied. We cannot accept and will not credit an item that has been installed on a wall.

To ensure your refund isn't delayed, please place a copy of your original invoice within the packaging of the item(s) you are returning, and you must stick your RMI number (generated after the form has been sent) to the front of your box and in the box. With out this attached we cannot warrant your claim once returned to us.

(iii) Wrong Item Delivered

If you have received the wrong item, please fill out the RMA form below and a member of our team will arrange the necessary to get the issue sorted as fast as possible.

(iv) Damaged in Transit (DIT)

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to tell us of any damages to your product. We will not offer any compensation after the 30 days has gone by. We will not warrant any DIT claim if the mirror or cabinet has been installed.

(v) Guarantee Claim

The above return conditions don’t apply for any guarantee claim, by filling this form it doesn't mean you have to return the item back to us, but we will contact you with a solution to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
