I would certainly recommend this product to others - it is my second Illuminated Mirrors purchase. Minor suggestions for improvement: 'confirmation of despatch/delivery ETA' email would be helpful; supply of dimensions specific to product in boxed instructions; updating of schematic on product web page (supply of just one lower bracket initially confusing given that two lower brackets shown in schematic); better instructions for shelf installation (was a bit of an intelligence test installing shelves at an angle to squeeze them in without taking door off, but I got there!).
