1. How fast can I have my mirror delivered?
Order before 3:00pm on Monday - Thursday and you will receive next working day*.
2. What happens if I'm not in when they deliver?
Orders made before 3:00pm on Friday's will be with you the following Monday*.
Orders made after 3:00pm on Friday's will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday*.
*Unless the product has a 48 hour or Pick up only tab or you have arranged a Saturday delivery with us For detailed information please click here.They will come back the day after to reattempt delivery. They will attempt delivery 3 times and leave a card each time they cannot complete delivery. If you leave a note on the door most driver will follow your instructions but this is up to the driver's discretion.
3. Does the package require a signature?Yes, for insurance a signature is required.
4. Who is your courier?We use and have used Parcel Force for 10 years and find them to be extremely reliable. All courier companies have problems time to time but we have a large account with Parcel Force and they sort issues extremely quickly if they do arise.
5. Can I track my mirror before it arrives?Yes, you will receive a direct link from ParcelForce in the evening to track your order from 6pm local time on the day of despatching the item.
6. Can I have it delivered on a Saturday or a specific day?Yes, we offer this service.
7. Do you ship abroad?Yes, please call us to make this special arrangement.
8. Do I need to check for breakages when I receive my item?Yes, if broken in transit you need to contact us within 48 hours. We shall then send you a brand new item and pick up the damaged item free of charge.

1. Does my mirror come with a warranty?
Yes, 5 or 10 years (depending on product) no quibble no fuss and exchanged the next day for free if stock available.
2. If the LED's fail within the 10 year period can you replace them?Yes, Diamond X Collection is the only brand in the UK to have easy replaceable led strips that can be replaced extremely easily without having to take the mirror off the wall!
3. Do I get 14 days to examine my product & if I don't like can I return & get a full refund?Yes, but please do not install the mirror! Returned product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. You can return the item by yourself or we can arrange collection (on both cases customer will cover the return cost).

1. How does the sensor work?
You need to wave your hand 3-6 inches away to activate/deactivate.
2. Does the mirror illuminate when I walk in front of the mirror?No, it's an infra red sensor not a motion sensor. You need to physically wave your hand near the sensor.
3. Where is the sensor located?The sensor is located on the bottom/side of the frame and not on the front of the glass. You can rotate all of our mirrors and if you do this the sensor will naturally change position.
4. Can I isolate the sensor so the led's come on with my bathroom lighting?Yes, please click here to download the instruction it's extremely easy!

1. Can I use the shaver socket with the lights off?
Yes, the shaver socket operates with an independent rocker switch, so you can charge shaver/toothbrush with the mirror lights off.
2. Can it charge my electric toothbrush?As long as your toothbrush comes with a standard UK shaver charger.
3. Where is the shaver socket located?Please check item description for this information
4. Can shaver sockets be positioned at either left or right hand side of unit?Shaver sockets are fixed in the positions as mentioned under “Technical info” section for each product.

1. Does the demister pad demist the whole face of the mirror?
Dependent on ambient conditions and demister pad size used on each model.
2. How do I activate/deactivate the demister pad?The demister pad works automatically when the lights are turned on and off.
3. How do I know if the demister pad is on?The mirror front will heat up and demist.

1. How long is the average life of your LED's?
The average life is 120,000 hours.
2. What can I do if one bulb goes out?We can replace LED's free of charge within the 10 year period.
3. How do I activate the LED's?You need to wave your hand 3-6 inches away from the sensor to activate.
4. Is there a standby time in which they will turn off automatically?No, the LED's need to be turned off manually.
5. What is the difference between LED lighting and Fluorescent lighting?LEDs use less electricity and are thus less expensive to power, making eco-friendly lighting an easy and affordable upgrade.
6. What is the difference between a normal Hollywood mirror and a LED version?The difference is purely just the bulbs used. The difference means that LEDs create the same amount of light using less electricity, are safer because they can't burn anyone, last longer, and are more durable.

1. Can I rotate the mirror to be in landscape or portrait?
Yes, all of our mirrors can be rotated.
2. Is the mirror tinted glass?No, the mirror is perfectly clear reflective mirror glass.
3. Does it have a beveled edge?Yes, it has a 2mm beveled edge.
4. Is the mirror IP44 rated for bathrooms?Yes
5. Is the mirror CE & ROHS certified?Yes!
6. Can hinges be changed to the other side?All hinges on our cabinets are fixed so cannot be reversed
7. Can the ambient lighting work independently of other illuminated lighting?The ambient lighting (one single colour) must work with the mirror whereas the RGB version can be operated separately.
8. Can I request a customised version of the Mirror/Cabinet? e.g. bespoke dimensions.We can only offer bespoke/custom sizes if there is a bulk order.
