4 of the best hotel bathrooms
As summer quickly passes by, who doesn’t wish they could jet off to a far away, exotic location? Before we know it, it’ll be back to those cold winter mornings when the idea of stepping out of a hot shower and into the freezing cold bathroom beyond seems like unnecessary torture.
If you fantasize about a luxurious, unique bathroom that won’t leave you cursing the freezing cold toilet seat, take a look at some of these places.
We’ve found four hotels around the world that will give you a serious case of bathroom envy, and probably a fair amount of wanderlust too.
Atlantis, The Palm- Dubai
Have you ever dreamed of enjoying a relaxing soak in the tub whilst gazing into a lagoon rife with sea life? No? Us neither, but it seems like a pretty cool idea now we’ve mentioned it, right?
At Atlantis, you can do just that. Their Underwater Suite has floor to ceiling bathroom windows which offer views of over 65,000 marine residents.
You can gaze at the ruins of the lost city of Atlantis too, apparently, but we’re not sure if we believe that!
Le Royal Monceau, Raffles- Paris
We love this one! In the Katara Presidential Suite at Le Royal Monceau, the walls are replaced by mirrors in what becomes a completely reflective bathroom.
Only for the very brave, but we think it’s a great idea!
Jade Mountain- St. Lucia
With its open plan bathrooms offering stunning panoramic views and whirlpool baths which promise a holistic, therapeutic experience, Jade Mountain seems like the perfect romantic getaway.
Jade Mountain also has a spa and offers Yoga and Fitness classes. If you want total relaxation for your body and mind, this place ticks all of the boxes.
The Cranleigh- Lake District
Luxury doesn’t have to seem too far out of reach with The Cranleigh Hotel right here in the UK.
Located in Bowness-on-Windermere, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Windermere itself, The Cranleigh offers beautiful rooms, each uniquely designed to make you feel relaxed and pampered.
Particularly impressive is The Sanctuary, a private suite in a converted bungalow that really does have it all. In the bathroom there’s a Ben de Lisi glass bath, a Bose surround sound system and an 18” television to entertain you while you’re soaking in the tub.
Mood lighting throughout and our very own illuminated mirrors make the bathrooms at The Cranleigh the ultimate in relaxed glamour. An outdoor hot tub and heated floors mean that state-of-the-art luxury at the Cranleigh is available to be enjoyed all year round, whatever the season.
Don’t forget to enter our competition to be in with the chance of winning a one night stay and a complimentary bottle of champagne in a luxury room at The Cranleigh.
