My only thought is that it would be nice to have some sort of handle mounted on the door to open the cabinet rather than just using the edge of the mirror. Nothing big, but perhaps a flat plate with 90 degree lip mounted to the bottom edge of the door so that there's something to pull on without getting finger marks etc on the external and internal door mirror. Shame there seems to be quite a wait for stock of some sizes but once available, delivered promptly and when expected. Excellent quality. I think the price reflects that but happy I got what I paid for (with the discount on offer before Xmas). Very easy to install. Quality fittings. Looks great up and feels totally secure. Door feels smooth to open and close, lights easy to switch on with a swish of the hand. I trust the aluminium construction will prevent rust or warping seen with other metal or chipboard/mdf cabinets. I will be interested to see how the mirror lasts but it does have a 10 year guarantee so I have some confidence in it. Quality all round and recommended. I will buy another for the ensuite if I can get the same deal. The only thing that could make it better is if you could reverse the side the door opens or specify the door handing on order - there is a danger in our bathroom that the main door could hit the cabinet door if left open.
