It did arrive on time but left unbeknown to us outside the front door. They even said that we had signed for it. The product itself did not disappoint. It finishes the en suite nicely. I think the product is very good, I love the double sided mirrors on the cabinet door and all the mirrors internally. I think the door hinge mechanism feels solid and secure, and the cabinet is easy to fit and once fitted looks very smart. The on off sensor for the light works well and is a good design feature. I've bought lots of bathroom cabinets over the years all of which I feel have been poorly made, poorly designed, never quite good enough and not really what I was looking for. I've bought your mirrors in the past and I will continue to buy them so long as they represent the value that they currently do. Quality is the key component and I'm sure that will be your focus too going forward. Less

I worried that our mirror cabinet might arrive damaged, particularly as it had to come all the way to Guernsey. It not only arrived quickly - the third day after ordering - and it arrived undamaged, despite having a large dent in the packaging, which shows how well thought out you have been in designing the packaging. I particularly liked the way that you had labels on the packaging saying telling customers that they should keep the packaging until the cabinet was installed, in case there is any fault with the cabinet and it needs to be returned (well thought out, again). We have yet to install the cabinet, but we know how good they are from seeing two examples installed in our daughter's house in *** So, well done ***! Less
